A new Britpop compilation without Blur?

I just read on the NME website that there's going to be a new Britpop retrospective box set called 'Common People". So, obviously it has Pulp on it, but surprisingly not Blur or Oasis.
There are some pretty great tracks on there though, and the liner notes are written by St. Etienne's Bob Stanley.
Some of the stand out tracks (in my opinion):
Elastica-Stutter
James- Laid
Supergrass- Alright
Shed Seven- Chasing Rainbows
Suede- Trash
Hurricane #1- Step Into My World
The Divine Comedy- Something For The Weekend
Pulp- Common People

Looking at the tracklist I realized that there were so many "one album wonders" of the Britpop era. Everyone seems to be slightly concerned that music is a bit throwaway these days; one indie dance band after the other. I think we've all just got selective memories. In every genre there's going to be the standouts...and a lot that just get forgotten.
