Journey To the West released today, Monkey website blows up with gadgets!

So Journey to the West is out officially today (well, for those who weren't lucky enough to benefit from iTunes putting it up two weeks early, then subsequently taking it down, it's exciting!)
Actually though, it's exciting for everyone because at the Monkey website they've made the download available to everyone (U.S & U.K) as of today. It features way better quality than iTunes (320 kbps) and it's DRM free. For $18.99 you can get the digital download today, and the gatefold CD when it's released in the U.S (September).
Of course there's the vinyl box set, at $130, it's not cheap, but it comes with tons of goodies (prints, book, fancyness) all in a gold embossed red box, and limited to 2500 copies! I want it so badly, but I don't have a record player, or $130 right now...so I'm trying to be reasonable and not get it. I saw the opera, got a t-shirt and prints there, spent a small fortune getting down to Charleston...that should be enough for me shouldn't it?
Anyway, there's apparently another vinyl box set coming out this autumn with a SIGNED print by Jamie and even better stuff...so maybe I'll wait for that (if it ever happens).
The Monkey Journey to the West website it packed to the gills with new stuff for the release. Under the Album link you can see a behind the scenes film of Jamie's short film for Monkey Bee (one of the best tracks, and the coolest bit in the opera). You can also listen to tracks, watch a video podcast of Damon and Jamie's trip to China, and of course buy the album (or take a longing look at the box set, then forget it even exists).
If you go to the Monkey's World section you can take a personality test to see which character you're most like (I took it 4 times trying to not be Pigsy, but them's the breaks...) You can also read about the history of the Monkey tale, read facts about the Opera, download screensavers and wallpapers, and watch the podcast.
Phew, someones been busy!

For now I'm just being sensible and getting the CD/ download option...well done Victoria.
