It's Official...

I'm about 95% sure I'm not going, but there's about 5 or 6 bands I'm really sad not to see, mostly the Verve, Spiritualized, Portishead, and Modeselektor. Hopefully it'll be like last year when most of the bands came to Chicago anyway. At least I DID go last year, since The Good The Bad And The Queen didn't come anywhere close to Chicago. It's interesting that Love and Rockets will be there, what with my newfound Bauhaus love, but it's not the same really, I only know that "I'm Alive" song, and it sounds a bit like Robert Plant or something....Jack Johnson headlining? Whaaaat? Roger Waters??? At least the people who drive back and forth to the festival each day will get to leave early, probably be in bed by 10pm I'd say...well, except for that late night on Saturday.
Come on Radiohead for Lollapalooza!
